RETURN / REPAIR POLICY

FULL PRICE AND NFP BRANDED MERCHANDISE

Items may be exchanged or issued a store credit in person or remotely within 14 days from original purchase or from delivery date for online orders.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and pins attached.

Please note we will not accept merchandise if there is no referenced RA# or if NFP customer service has not been contacted beforehand.

In-store returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt, or gift receipt.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. Should this occur, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will accept items for exchange. NFP will cover the shipping costs.

NFP reserves the right to refuse returned goods that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange can not be granted.

NFP is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

If the exchange is of lesser value, the difference will be given in the form of a store credit.

SALE NFP MERCHANDISE

All sale merchandise marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion.

OUTSIDE VENDOR / NON-NFP BRANDED MERCHANDISE

All outside vendor / non-NFP branded merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
